At various points in this book I will refer to a “finger progression”.
Basically, the goal of stretching is to make progress over time.
Conveniently, your fingers each have a unique thickness. You can leverage this by inserting the smallest finger into your foreskin that you can fit. After a week or so, you want to try and progress to a finger that’s slightly wider. Eventually you want to progress so that you can use your middle finger or even your thumb which are your thickest fingers.
