Helping you with phimosis, frenulum breve, tight foreskin, and other male health issues.
Warning: Images of penises ahead!
Normal flaccid state. When flaccid, you cannot tell that he has phimosis. Since the foreskin is so elastic, even fully-retractible foreskins often come to a point.
Retracting when flaccid. As the foreskin is gently retracted, we begin to see that he has phimosis because the foreskin gets taut and resists. The opening is too narrow and does not easily glide over the glans like it should.
Retracted when erect. The foreskin snaps behind the ridge of the glans and squeezes into the shaft. Danger: Avoid getting your foreskin trapped behind the erect glans like this. It can cut off blood flow to the tip of your penis and lead to paraphimosis.
