Helping you with phimosis, frenulum breve, tight foreskin, and other male health issues.

How to use this guide

I recommend reading through this guide entirely. Read all of the solutions. Read my opinions about each solution and how they worked for me.

Also, make sure you read the diagnosing section and that you understand why your foreskin is tight. Not every solution will be applicable to you, and you will naturally prefer some solutions over others.

I have arranged the solutions in an order that you can follow. Once you're ready to start working on your tight foreskin, you can begin at the first solution and start immediately. Once you give it some effort, you will have a better idea of how effectively the solution will work for you. At that point, you may decide to track your progression with one solution or you may move on to try the next solution.

For example, you can start stretching your foreskin manually today. Once you get a feel for how it works and what your tolerance is, you may opt to move on to a solution that uses topical lotions and stretching tools.

The bottom line is that I'm just sharing my experience, my research, and the experiences of many others I’ve listen to while putting this guide together. At the end of the day, the decision is up to you.

I can not possibly decide for you whether you should spend five weeks stretching your foreskin by hand or calling the doctor today to schedule a circumcision tomorrow.

But I hope that this guide gives you confidence and some background information so that you can explore your possibilities. Ideally, you will find progress with a solution, stick with it for a few weeks, and stretch out your foreskin enough so that you can have a normal sex life or whatever else your goals might include.
