Stretch #6: The Pull-Away Stretch

Target: Frenulum

Grip the underside of the foreskin where it begins connecting to the frenulum and then pull it away from you.

Gently pull until you feel the tension on the frenulum itself.

Firmly grab as close to the tip as possible and pull away from your body.

Try to pinch as close to the tip as possible to maximize the length of frenulum that’s being stretched.
