Helping you with phimosis, frenulum breve, tight foreskin, and other male health issues.

Keeping track of progress

Every week, take at least two pictures of your penis.

  • One picture should show how far back you can pull your foreskin when flaccid.
  • The other picture should show how far back you can pull your foreskin when erect.

Name them flaccid-<DATE> and erect-<DATE> and save them in a private place like a USB thumbdrive so that other people don’t accidentally stumble upon your work.

Seeing your own progress will encourage you and let you know that you are actually productive. On the other hand, pictures will also reveal when you are not making any progress. At that point, you can try a different solution or get a prescription for steroid cream if you do not yet have one.
