Where do I start?

First, I recommend reading through all of the stretching routines to see what’s available.

The best stretch is the stretch you will practice every day for as long as possible. You don’t need to stick to one stretch. You can mix and match them.

You can do one stretch in the shower and a different stretch before you go to bed.

You can work on stretching your phimotic ring on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday but work on stretching your frenulum on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Do whatever you need to do so that you are applying as much continuous tension to your foreskin as frequently as possible. (Of course, don’t overdo it and let yourself heal if you get sore)

Try them all. Pick the routine that is most comfortable for you.

You also want to pick the routine that stretches you the most. For any finger stretches, you generally want to insert the largest fingers you can fit. Your foreskin might only open enough to fit your pinky fingers, so start with your pinkies. If your pinkies can’t fit, then you may have to use one of the stretches that utilize a smaller tool.
